Risograph Print Workshop – SOLD OUT
February 28 @ 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm
Join Ashley the human and Myrtle the Risograph RP3700 for a risograph print workshop! Over three hours we will learn about risograph history, how the master making and printing process works and examine the methods used to make different kinds of risograph prints. We’ll then experiment with drawing, collage and other techniques before each of you make your own edition of A3 risograph prints!
We’ll be making all the artwork for the print during the workshop so if you have any preferred tools, bring them along! We also have a huge bunch of art supplies here for you to use. This is a small workshop with only five places available. The concession price is for healthcare card holders and students.
There will be coffee, tea and fairy bread available – please let me know if you have any dietary requirements.
The workshop will take place on Thursday February 28 from 5.30pm to 8.30pm at Camp at 718 Sydney Road, Brunswick. Please note that the workshop could run a bit over three hours, so leave a bit of wiggle room if you have something planned after!
Please also note: While the riso printer is currently working very well, there is a small chance she could break at some point during the workshop – one of the joys of risography. Should this happen, Ashley may complete your prints for pick up later, organise a new workshop date or issue a partial refund at her discretion (outcome is dependent on the time of breakage during the workshop).
Refunds are only available if I can find someone to fill your place – please make sure you’re available when booking a spot.
